EXCHANGE POLICY

At AASHI, we understand that getting the perfect fit can be tricky! This policy outlines how to exchange an item for a different size.

1. Size Exchange Eligibility

You can exchange items for a different size within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Size Exchange

  • Items that are worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original tags attached

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items from the "Sale" section

  • Exchanges for a different color or style (refer to our Return Policy for these situations)

3. Size Exchange Process

To initiate a size exchange, please contact us at info@aashiofficial.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Note that you will be responsible to ship the outfit, though we will cover the charges (receipt necessary).

4. Processing Time

  • Return Processing: We will process your return and issue a refund for the original item within 10-15 business days of receiving your returned item.

  • New Order Processing: Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired size. We recommend checking our website for current inventory before placing your new order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Exchanges: We will cover the cost of exchange shipping for items.

6. Additional Information

  • Size exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

  • Price adjustments may apply if the new size is a different price than the original item.
